Dr. Mah and the entire staff were great at this office. My only complaint is that they didn't inform me that I could purchase my own boot for a 1/10 of the cost they charged me. So do not buy the boot they offer, you can get it for a fraction of the price online. My insurance didn't cover it, it is the only thing they didn't cover, so I am fighting with my insurance.

Dr. Denny Le and the entire staff at NW Extremity and Creekside Physical Therapy were beyond amazing! As a mom of 3 kids under 10 years old, a broken arch and foot fusion with 12+ months recovery time in the middle of a pandemic was daunting and life changing. Dr. Le made sure that this stay -at-home mom was back on her feet as soon as he had any control over. His energy, attitude, skill, and dedication make him an amazing doctor to work with. I am confident that I will be seeing him for absolutely any issue under his perview that comes up in my or my family's extremity health! AND Dr. Le does the BEST, comfiest casts! Thank you again!

I was having foot and ankle pain for at least a month. I went to urgent care and then my PCP but I was still in pain, so I was referred to Northwest Extremity Specialists. I was amazed that I was able to get an appointment immediately, so the next day I saw Dr. Le at the Cedar Hills office. He did a really thorough history of the problem as well as a lengthy exam and took x-rays. He explained in depth what was happening with arthritis and tendons and put me in a boot along with an “even up” for my other foot. I was given a prescription for anti-inflammatories. Within just a few days I felt a lot less pain and was able to resume a lot of activities that had caused too much discomfort in the past. I just had a follow-up visit yesterday and I’m doing so much better it’s hard to believe. I’m so grateful for the time and care that Dr. Le gave me and for his friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Dr. Le

Dr. Le is the best foot doctor in Cedar Mill/Portland. . I saw him today for my right ankle pain. He is friendly and explains to me what might be causing the pain in detail. We did an x-ray and it showed a little arthritis and recommend a shot to relieve the pain. NEVER SEEN A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE LIKE THIS ONE. I am a patient at this NW Extremities and have made several phone calls to ask questions to my doctor and never got a single return phone call. I always had to call back to follow up, and they never gave me a direct answer to my questions. Then, for the last 2-3 weeks I had made several calls just to see if my shoe insert for my medical problem had come in and no answer. The supervisor and the people who answered the call purposely hung up my phone call when I asked why they didn't return my phone calls or messages.

Dr Denny Le is amazing and very kind! I saw him twice in June. Both appointments he was super kind the whole time. Ultimately we had to remove both big toe nails and during that whole process he told me what he was doing and spoke kindly. I love that he listened to me when I told him numbing stuff takes a little longer to start working for me and he gave it a little extra time. I just had to see him again today and he remembered me and about how long it's been since he last saw me. Again super nice interaction with him! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!!

Such a good experience with Dr Beach. Highly recommend seeing her for you foot care needs. I have been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis and she gave me exercises, good shoe recommendations and set a plan for recovery/treatment for my injury. She was transparent with cost, I appreciate the conservativeness in her approach. Definitely can tell she is a doctor that wants to heal people not just bill them. Honestly, such a nice and caring doctor!
